1 - Field of application
1.1. These sales conditions apply:
(a) to all offers contained in this website - also called "site" - issued by Duvalvit Unip. Lda, hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY, headquartered at Rua Quinta de Santo Amaro 12, Vila Franca de Xira, Portugal and with NIF:516754599;
(b) to all agreements and relationships concluded between the COMPANY and any customer who places orders through this website.
1.2. The COMPANY only accepts orders for products through this website, subject to these conditions of sale.
1.3. The general conditions of sale are the only ones that apply and supersede all other conditions, except prior agreement, express and in writing. The COMPANY may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and it is also necessary that they be re-read each time you visit the website www.duvalvi.com. We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general conditions of sale.
2 - Registration and Order Process
2.1. Registration
To make your purchases through this website, you will either have to register in advance (in the upper left corner under "Login / Registration" or "Proceed to Checkout" directly in the shopping cart. The data requested for registration are:

2.2. Order
2.2.1. Choice of Products
The products presented on this website are grouped by several Categories: CATEGORIES. These categories are identified in the top menu. By choosing one of these categories, you will have access to the category belonging to the selected area, as well as the list of products.
In each of these categories there may still be aggregated subcategories. By selecting a category or subcategory you will have access to the list of products.
The products displayed on the website that you wish to order must be placed in the shopping cart, using the “Add to cart” option. You can also obtain more detailed information about the products displayed by clicking on the product name to access detailed images of the same, their designations and references, characteristics, other models, etc.
2.2.2. Shopping cart
Once you have placed all the products you want to order in your shopping cart, you can proceed and complete your order. For this purpose, the following steps must be observed:

2.2.3. Order Acceptance
Confirmation of the availability of the ordered products and the acceptance of your order will be carried out by sending a new e-mail.
Only with this acceptance by the COMPANY will the agreement be formed that obliges duvalvi.com and the customer, and of which these sales conditions form part.
The COMPANY may withdraw, at any time, any offer or change the price indicated until the agreement with the customer exists.
The COMPANY cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors.
We try to present the products in photographs as real as possible, but some variations may occur.
3 - Shipping Policy
3.1. Orders are sent via CTT in 1 (one) or 2 (two) working days, taking into account whether the order is placed before or after 4 pm, for shipments to Portugal or the Islands. For international shipments, the shipping method is CTT Internacional.
International orders may be subject to delays in their passage through customs and customs or import taxes once they arrive in the destination country outside the European Union.
3.2. For orders worth €50.00 or more for delivery in Portugal, we offer shipping costs.
3.3. The delivery of the order is carried out at the address indicated by the Customer.
3.4. Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock availability and confirmation of payment, being dispatched by CTT.
3.5. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that it is available on the day of delivery of the order, there is the possibility of tracking and ordering via the CTT website, at ctt.pt
3.6. If, at the time of delivery of the order, there is no one at the indicated address, the order will be forwarded to the nearest CTT point. The Customer may collect the same at the CTT point during a period of 6 (six) business days. If the same is not claimed or the delivery is not successful, the order will be returned to the COMPANY.
3.7. The COMPANY respects the order deadlines as long as stock is available and does not guarantee the mentioned deadlines during promotional periods, sales or festive seasons.
In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, the COMPANY will contact the customer by e-mail or by telephone within 24H from the date of the order, the COMPANY will make its best efforts with the aim of delivery of the products on the scheduled date, but cannot be held responsible in case of delay for any reason.

5 - Means of Payment
The available payment methods are:
(a) Paypal
(b) Debit/Credit Card;
(c) MBWay
(d) Multibanco Reference;
(e) Payment by Bank Transfer;
6 - Purchase Resolution
6.1. The Customer has a period of 14 consecutive days, counting from the day on which the order is placed, to return the order, without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with 10th and following of DL nº 24/2014, of 14 /02.
6.2. The Customer may return it as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was sold, with no signs of use, in its original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up.
6.3. To return the product, Duvalvi provides a “free resolution” form, which must be sent to Duvalvi within 14 consecutive days, as mentioned in point 1. (Download the Form.)
6.4. The Customer is responsible for bearing the costs of returning the product.
6.5. The refund of the Customer's purchase amount will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with Duvalvi having a period of 14 consecutive days for this purpose.
6.6. Reimbursement of payments will be made through the same payment method used by the Customer in the initial transaction or by bank transfer, if the payment method used does not allow it.
6.7. Duvalvi does not accept returns of personalized products according to the Customer's specifications, pursuant to the provisions of 17.º n.º 1 alínea subparagraph c) of DL n.º 24/2014, of 14/02.

7. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
7.1. Your article must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
7.2. The item must be in the original packaging.
7.3. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a “free resolution” form is available, which must be sent to Duvalvi within 14 consecutive days, as mentioned in point 1. (Download the Form.)
7.4. We only offer refunds for items sold at the regular price, items on sale cannot be returned.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to geral@duvalvi.com.
9. Late or missing refunds
9.1. If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
9.2. If you have already done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at geral@duvalvi.com or by contacting +351 263 144 261, from 9 am to 4 pm, every working day.
10 - Treatment and Security of Personal Data
10.1. In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (EU Regulation 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation - RGPD) the COMPANY customer and website user may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and communication of your data in the following ways: in the area of the website called “My Account”, by e-mail: geral@duvalvi.com or by contacting: +351 263 144 261, from 9 am to 4 pm, every working day.
10.2. If you wish to cancel your e-mail, you must do so using the e-mail address that is in our database, otherwise we will be unable to remove it.

The customer authorizes the COMPANY to automatically process the customer's personal data, including all those disclosed at the time of registration on the website, for the purposes necessary for contracting with the customer, management and execution of purchases and respective registrations, access control, including the use of "cookies" technology, which may be accessed by the COMPANY's service providers and suppliers, namely accounting and auditing companies.

11 - Other Rights and Responsibilities
11.1. Login
Each registered customer will use an E-mail that is unique, personal and non-transferable. The password is chosen by the customer at the time of registration and must be kept secret.
11.2 Transaction Security
The Payment Methods are available through two platforms, Easypay with PCI Certificate (or just PCI DSS) which is the international standard for data security in the credit card industry.
Easypay has an annual audit that guarantees the greatest security control in the processing and secure storage of card data (learn more).
And Ifthenpay, which is a payment entity regulated by the Bank of Portugal, which provides Multibanco References and secure payments by Mbway.
11.3. Prices and Limitation on Existing Stock
Prices are shown in euros and include taxes and fees (VAT). The indicated prices are exclusive for the purchase through this site.
The availability of the products presented on the website is limited to the existing stock at any given time. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without notice, including due to restocking.

12 - Legislation and Forum
Any agreements and documents to which these sales conditions apply are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes arising from any agreements or documents to which these conditions of sale apply will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
