Shipping Policy


1. Orders are sent via CTT in 1 (one) or 2 (two) working days, taking into account whether the order is placed before or after 4 pm, for shipments to Portugal or the Islands. For international shipments, the shipping method is CTT Internacional.

International orders may be subject to delays in their passage through customs and customs or import taxes once they arrive in the destination country outside the European Union.

2. For orders with a value equal to or greater than €50.00 for delivery in Portugal, we offer shipping costs.

3. Delivery of the order takes place at the address indicated by the Customer.

4. Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock availability and confirmation of payment, being dispatched by CTT.

5. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that it is available on the day of delivery of the order, there is the possibility of tracking and ordering via the CTT website, at ctt.pt

6. If, at the time of delivery of the order, there is no one at the indicated address, the order will be forwarded to the nearest CTT point. The Customer may collect the same at the CTT point during a period of 6 (six) business days. If it is not claimed or delivery is not successful, the order will be returned to Duvalvi.

7. Duvalvi respects the order deadlines as long as there is stock availability and does not guarantee the mentioned deadlines during promotional periods, sales or festive seasons.

In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, we will contact the customer by email or by phone within 24 hours from the date of the order, Duvalvi will make its best efforts with the aim of delivering the products on the scheduled date, but cannot be held responsible in case of delay for any reason.

Refund Policy


  1. The Customer has a period of 14 consecutive days, counting from the day on which the order is placed, to return the order, without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with 10th and following of DL nº 24/2014, of 14 /02.
  2. The Customer may return it as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was sold, with no signs of use, in its original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories that make it up.
  3. To return the product, Duvalvi provides a “free resolution” form, which must be sent to Duvalvi within 14 consecutive days, as mentioned in point 1. (Download the Form.)
  4. The Customer is responsible for bearing the costs of returning the product.
  5. The refund of the Customer's purchase amount will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described above, with Duvalvi having a period of 14 consecutive days for this purpose.
  6. Reimbursement of payments will be made through the same payment method used by the Customer in the initial transaction or by bank transfer, if the payment method used does not allow it.
  7. Duvalvi does not accept returns of personalized products according to the Customer's specifications, pursuant to the provisions of 17.º no.º1 subparagraph c) of DL n.º 24/2014, de 14/02.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges


- Your article must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

- The item must be in the original packaging.

- To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a “free resolution” form is available, which must be sent to Duvalvi within 14 consecutive days, as mentioned in point 1. (Download the Form.)

We only offer refunds for items sold at the regular price, items on sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to geral@duvalvi.com.

Late or missing refunds

- If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
